The size and layout can be designed according to customer requirements, offering flexible dimensions. The house has a waterproof structure, and easily interlockable heating insulation materials such as EPS, rock wool, or PU panels are incorporated to form a complete thermal efficiency shell. Customers can choose between two floor systems: a steel chassis floor or a concrete foundation.
Considering the 75mm thickness of the roof and walls, a 40'hq container can load approximately 160 square meters of panels. The house can resist heavy wind loads of 0.5KN/m2 and earthquake intensity of 7-8 degrees.
The 20 Ft Expandable design provides enough space for a family, with external dimensions of L 228 W 108 H 86 Inches. The thoughtfully designed layout includes 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 fully equipped kitchen area, and 1 separate wet and dry bathroom.
The house offers more living area than standard foldable houses, with standard large windows for ample natural lighting, all doors equipped with locks, and a smaller window for the shower room, as well as a glass entry door to the bathroom. The fully equipped bathroom features cabinets, a water heater, toilet, sink, mirror, and a private shower area. The kitchen is equipped with cabinets, taps, hot and cold pipelines, and a sink.
The structure features double-glazed PVC sliding windows and security doors made of broken bridge aluminum. Prefabricated US standard electrical and plumbing systems are included, with exterior walls and roof insulated with flame-retardant foam panels. The main structure is made of a strong steel frame composed of sturdy square steel tubes, providing optimal natural lighting throughout the interior and excellent thermal insulation and soundproofing.
The house is wind, earthquake, fire, and waterproof, with typhoon resistance and a fire-rated Class A. It can withstand wind up to level 11 and seismic activity up to level 9. The color and exterior can be customized, and customers can choose between 1 bedroom, 1 living room, 1 bathroom; 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 bathroom; 3 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 bathroom; or 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom.
The expandable container house can be installed in 10 minutes, saving on labor and material costs. It is suitable for various locations, including urban and remote areas, and is perfect for temporary or long-term family residence. During heavy snowfall, it is important to regularly remove snow accumulation on the roof, ensuring the snow height does not exceed 6.6ft.
