Measuring 800 sq ft, with external dimensions of L480 in x W240 in x H99.6 in and weighing 9700 lb, this tiny house is built to provide ample living space in a compact and portable design. The frame construction features a black galvanized steel square tube frame, while the exterior is made of wood-grained galvanized steel, and the interior is white galvanized steel, with 50cm of flame-retardant foam board in between for excellent insulation.
The house comes equipped with several key features, including 1 entrance door and 2 bedroom doors, all featuring locks. The entrance door is a black broken bridge aluminum KFC-style door, while the other doors come with standard factory configurations. The home boasts a total of 8 windows, including a small one for the bathroom, all made of broken bridge aluminum in a black external suspended style with built-in mosquito screens.
The flooring is constructed with 18mm thick cement-fiber boards, topped with a 2mm thick PVC material in a light wood grain pattern, providing a durable and visually appealing surface. The pre-installed bathroom features a dry-wet separation, with the wet area including a marble shower stall and a silent exhaust fan, while the dry area comprises a water heater, toilet, hot and cold water faucet, a sink with storage cabinet, and a mirror.

Shipping and installation are also considered in the design of this 40FT Prefab Portable House. The house will be sent via sea freight from the factory to the US port and then delivered to your specified location via truck. When receiving the house, ensure that the location is big enough and flat, and arrange for appropriate unloading machinery. For the installation process, the manufacturer recommends having 3-4 people to assist.
